Accommodation - your home in Italy
Choosing where to live means choosing how to experience your time in Italy. That is why we offer two different solutions, depending on the city. Milan and Turin follow a city-housing model: you can choose between a family homestay, a shared flat, a studio or a hotel, living the city's rhythm to the full. Florence and Mantua instead offer a university residence inside the campus, with the option to add a meal plan. This way everything is a few steps away, from your room to the classroom. Whatever your destination, we help you find the solution best suited to your needs and your budget.
Reservation fee
A one-off reservation fee of €40 applies for all cities. The fee covers booking management, verification of the accommodation, contract review and the information you need before arrival. It is deducted from your first week of the course, and it is not returned in case of cancellation after the booking is confirmed.
Milan & Turin - Live in the city
In Milan and Turin students stay in selected properties in the city's residential neighbourhoods, generally reachable in about 30 minutes from the campus by public transport.
Family homestay
A private room with an Italian family. It is the ideal solution for those who want to improve their Italian quickly by living in daily contact with native speakers.
Indicative prices
- Room only: €215 / week
- Room + breakfast: €240 / week
- Room + half board (breakfast & dinner): €335 / week
Included: bed linen, towels, weekly cleaning of common areas and change of linen.
Shared flat
A private room in a flat shared with other Italian and international students. The flats are furnished and equipped with a fitted kitchen, crockery, TV and linen. Utilities are normally included within reasonable use.
Indicative price
Room in a shared flat: €215 / week.
Studio or one-bedroom apartment
A fully independent solution, ideal for long stays, more mature students or couples. The apartments are furnished and complete with a kitchen, linen and everything you need. An internet connection may involve a small surcharge.

Studio apartment: on request - varies materially by city and length of stay.
Hotels and B&Bs
We work with selected hotels and B&Bs, from 3 to 5 stars, that have an agreement with the school. They are a practical solution for short stays, Faculty-Led groups, language-exam candidates or for the first few days before moving into permanent accommodation.
Prices vary materially by city, season, and star rating. Quoted at booking.
Apartments for couples or families
For students travelling with a partner or family, selected one- and two-bedroom apartments are available.
Price on request - quoted based on city, size, and length of stay.
Florence & Mantua - On-campus residence
In Florence and Mantua students can live directly inside the campus, in the Padri Scolopi complex and the former Archbishop's Seminary respectively. The university residence lets you reach the classrooms on foot and offers simple management, with no need to look for an apartment or sign a rental contract. You can choose between the residence with meal plan, which includes one main meal a day in the campus canteen, and the residence without meal plan, with access to the shared kitchens to cook on your own.

Single rooms · single rooms with private bathroom · double rooms · triple and quadruple rooms · apartments designed for one or two occupants. Allocation depends on availability at the time of booking confirmation.

Standard amenities - every option
Fully equipped kitchens · full bathrooms (sinks and showers) · separate toilet facilities · laundry area with washing machines and dryers · shared living rooms · Wi-Fi · air conditioning where applicable. All housing is fully furnished and suitable for medium- to long-term academic stays.
With meal plan
One daily meal included, typically main course · drink · coffee, served at the on-campus cafeteria. In exceptional or seasonal circumstances (campus closures, holidays) approved alternative arrangements are organized. Details are confirmed before arrival.
Recommended for shorter stays (one semester or under) and for students who want a simple daily routine without cooking.
Without meal plan
Same residence, same room, same amenities - but no daily meal included. You cook in the residence's fully equipped kitchen, eat at the on-campus cafeteria on a pay-as-you-go basis, or eat out. Right for students on a tight budget, longer stays (academic year and beyond), or students with specific dietary needs.
Price difference vs the meal-plan option confirmed at booking based on length of stay.
Housekeeping included
Daily cleaning of common areas. Weekly change of sheets and towels. The on-campus residence operates with the same housekeeping standards across both meal-plan and no-meal-plan options.
Placement and arrival
Final room assignment, address, and check-in instructions are communicated before the start of the academic term. Arrival timing and key-handover are coordinated by the campus operations team - there is a designated check-in window before the first day of class.

On-campus residence, meal plan and housekeeping in Florence and Mantua are operated within the campus infrastructure of our school.
How booking works
- Tell us your city, your dates, your budget, and (if Milan / Turin) which option fits. Use the message template on the contact page or send a free-form email. Mention specific needs (dietary, allergies, accessibility, partner coming, child coming).
- We propose options within your range. For Milan / Turin: typically two or three concrete options with addresses, photos where available, and a clear price per week or per month. For Florence / Mantua: confirmation of residence availability for your dates, with meal-plan and no-meal-plan price quoted side by side.
- You confirm. Pay the €40 reservation fee plus the first instalment of rent / residence cost. We send you the booking confirmation with the host's or campus residence's contact details and arrival instructions.
- You arrive. Milan / Turin: pick up keys directly from the host or our help desk. Florence / Mantua: check in at the campus residence during the designated arrival window. Orientation week covers everything else (codice fiscale, residence permit, SIM, bank account, route to the campus).
- You can stay for the entire length of your course - most options support continuous bookings from a few weeks up to a full academic year and beyond.

We will send you two or three proposals suited to your needs, usually within one working day. For long-term programmes that require a visa, the accommodation documentation is included in the consular pack, at no additional cost.
