Since 2003, Accademia di Italiano has been the Italian language partner of major international companies operating in Italy. We design bespoke language training programs for executives, managers, corporate teams and professionals relocating to Italy, when Italian is an essential skill to work, negotiate and build relationships in the Italian context.
Every project starts from concrete business objectives and is built around the participants' real activities: meetings, presentations, communication with clients and colleagues, professional e-mails, negotiations, sector-specific terminology and intercultural skills. Lessons are available on-site at the client's premises, remotely or in blended mode, with individual or small-group programs. Every path includes an initial assessment, progress monitoring and reporting for the HR department and the Learning & Development division.

Individual paths for executives · 1:1
Designed for executives, international managers and professionals relocating to Italy. Each participant is followed by a dedicated Business Specialist and a teacher specialized in their field (Business, Finance, Banking, HR, Law, Technology, Negotiations). The program is built around the participant's professional objectives, with the utmost confidentiality and constant monitoring of results.
Training for corporate groups
For companies that want to train groups of employees with homogeneous language levels. We organize small groups, intensive workshops and blended programs, maintaining a single teaching standard even for companies present in several Italian locations. Reporting includes attendance, progression, final certification and end-of-course teaching reports.
Full Immersion Weeks
Intensive programs from Monday to Friday, available in the semi-intensive or intensive format. They are particularly suited to: onboarding new executives; preparing leadership teams; relocation programs; learning the language before the start of a project in Italy. The intensive format also includes lunch with the teacher as a moment to practice the language in a real context. Programs can be renewed week after week.

Yes. We deliver at your offices, online or at our Academies in Milan, Florence, Mantua and Turin: one-to-one lessons for executives or small groups for teams.
Which cities do you cover for corporate training?
Milan, Florence, Mantua and Turin, plus online. A multinational with offices in several cities gets the same standard, the same reporting and a single invoice.
Are the courses one-to-one or group?
Both: 1:1 paths for a single relocating executive, or small groups by level for teams. There is also the intensive Full Immersion Week.
Do you provide certification and reporting for HR?
Yes: structured level tests, attendance, progress, level certification and an executive summary at each milestone, aligned with HR and L&D needs. We are an authorised CELI exam center.
