Learn Italian while living in Italy.
Studying Italian every day is the most effective way to make progress. With a long-duration course you get a full language-immersion experience, rapidly improving your ability to communicate while getting to know Italian culture up close.
If you start from scratch, in four months you can reach level A2. A six-month path is recommended for those who want to attend a vocational institute. For university, a nine-month course is indicated instead, letting you reach the required B2 level. The annual programme is the ideal choice to prepare for the CILS or CELI exams at the more advanced levels.
You can choose the course length and take lessons in a group or complement your study with one-to-one lessons. If you already have the basics of the language, you can start any Monday by joining a class at your level.
Are you a non-EU student? All courses from 3 to 12 months let you apply for a study visa. We assist you in preparing the application and, after you arrive in Italy, also with the residence-permit procedures. Choose your length
4 months. For those starting as a beginner who want to reach level A2. 6 months. To prepare to enroll in a vocational institute and consolidate your language skills. 9 months. For those who want to enroll at university and reach level B2. 12 months. To prepare for the advanced-level CILS and CELI exams.
Standard or Light?
Both formats are valid for a study-visa application. Standard. 20 lessons a week for at least 12 weeks. Ideal for those who can devote more time to study and progress faster. Light. The same number of hours required for the visa, spread out with a lighter daily commitment. It is the best solution for those who work, have family commitments, or need to renew a residence permit.
Lesson schedule
Lessons run Monday to Friday, in the morning or the afternoon. The timetable is assigned based on your language level and class availability.
Morning block. 9:30 - 11:00 · break · 11:15 - 12:45. Monday to Friday. Afternoon block. 13:00 - 14:30 · break · 15:15 - 16:45. Monday to Friday.
Prices 2027 - long-term programs
Fees vary depending on whether you choose Standard or Light and vary according to the course length. The costs for preparing and shipping the documentation required for the visa are shown separately in the quote.

Beginner start dates 2027
The long-term programs for absolute beginners use these fixed cohort dates, so that a whole A1.1 group can start together. From levels A2 to C2: continuous enrollment, every Monday.
Winter break. The last day of class in 2026 is Friday 18 December. Classes resume Monday 11 January 2027: there are no classes on Monday 4 January. The office is open from 4 January.
