Work at Accademia di Italiano

Accademia di Italiano - part of the Unicollege SSML group, an Italian university institute recognized by the MUR, active since 1975 - teaches Italian to international students in four cities in Italy (Florence, Milan, Mantua, Turin). We are constantly looking for qualified teachers, student services staff and administrative profiles. Open positions follow.

Italian L2 teachers

Native or near-native Italian (C2). Recognized language-teaching qualification: DITALS (Siena), DILS-PG (Perugia), CEDILS (Ca' Foscari Venice) or equivalent. Experience with adult learners (university level or beyond). English at B2+ level for orientation and student support. EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit for Italy. Positions open in all four cities. Full-time contracts and freelance collaboration (VAT number) available.

Student Services Coordinator

Manages student onboarding, accommodation, visa documentation and day-to-day operations at one of the campuses. Requirements: Italian C2 + English C1, organizational mindset, customer service experience. Knowledge of residence permit procedures preferred.

Faculty-Led Programs Coordinator

Manages bookings for American faculty-led groups, academic approval documentation and logistics with visiting professors. Requirements: Italian C1 + English C2, experience in U.S. higher education preferred. Florence is the main hub for faculty-led programs.

Administration and Finance

Accounting, supplier management, payroll support. Requirements: experience with Italian tax documentation, knowledge of the Adiuva/Unicollege group structure preferred.
