5. Accommodation
Accommodation arranged by the school (host family, shared apartment, residence, hotel) is subject to availability. Accommodation fees are invoiced separately and follow the same cancellation rules as course fees, unless the provider sets different conditions.
6. Attendance and conduct
Students are required to attend lessons regularly and to respect classmates, teachers, staff and premises. The school reserves the right to terminate enrolment without refund in cases of repeated absences, disruptive behaviour or acts that endanger others.

Final decisions on the issue of the visa, the residence permit and entry into Italy rest exclusively with the competent Italian consulate and the public security authorities. The school cannot guarantee the outcome.
9. Liability
The school is responsible solely for the direct provision of teaching services. It is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings on school premises or during extracurricular activities, except as required by Italian law. Students are advised to take out health and travel insurance.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
