CORPORATE ITALIAN TRAINING · SINCE 2008

Florence - Italian for international companies in Tuscany.

Florence is where international capital meets Italian craftsmanship. Family offices, luxury maisons, private banking branches, foundation administrators, art market professionals: the economic profile of the city is distinctive, and so are the Italian needs of the executives we train here.

In Florence we deliver courses at clients' premises across the historic centre, in Sesto Fiorentino, in Scandicci or in Prato, or at our Padri Scolopi campus on Via Bolognese, a seventeenth-century institutional venue that international companies have used for closed-door corporate intensives since 2008.

The sectors we serve in Florence

Luxury and fashion maisons. Tuscan maisons, leather goods and accessories companies, atelier executives. Italian for creative direction, coordinating the supply chain with Italian artisans, leading retail and the cultural register the sector requires. Family offices and private banking. Family office executives, wealth management advisers, art market specialists. Confidential, premium programmes built around demanding executive schedules, with full confidentiality and discretion. Cultural institutions and foundations. International staff of Tuscan foundations, museums, art conservation institutes. Italian for grant correspondence, academic meetings, institutional protocol and the vocabulary of the cultural sector. Manufacturing and design. Pharmaceutical sites, design sector executives, high-end manufacturing. Technical Italian for production sites, R&D collaboration, supplier management along the Tuscan industrial corridor.

Corporate Italian - single executive or group

Single executive · 1:1. For the relocating CFO, the international partner, the senior manager settling into Italy. Dedicated Business Specialist, bespoke programme (Business · Finance · Banking · HR · Law · Tech · Negotiation), on-site or online. This is NOT the same as our generic individual course: here we are talking about scoping, reporting and confidentiality at corporate level. Request a proposal → Team / group. For HR and L&D managers training groups of several employees. Same model with a Business Specialist, scaled across teams: small groups by level, reporting with executive summaries, certification, a single multi-site invoice. Common formats: small weekly groups, intensive workshops, blended on-site and online. Request a proposal →

Note: if you are an individual looking for general Italian lessons or lessons in the cultural field (Art, Cooking, Opera, university test preparation), see our individual 1:1 courses. The corporate side goes through this page.

The Business Specialist model

Every campus has a dedicated Business Specialist: a single point of contact who defines the programme, coordinates logistics, manages quality control and reports to your HR or training manager. One partner. One contract. One line of communication. Multi-site delivery across Milan, Florence, Mantua and Turin runs within a consistent framework: this way a multinational with offices in three Italian cities receives the same training quality, the same reporting and the same single invoice.

Where we deliver

Four Italian cities, four corporate-grade venues. Same Business Specialist framework, same reporting, same single invoice, delivered at your premises, online or at our Accademia. Each venue offers private executive classrooms, meeting rooms equipped with audio-video systems, a professional reception and the quality of address your HR director wants to see on a proposal.

Milan (Via Durini, 7). The Italian capital of business, finance, fashion and design. A 4-minute walk from the Duomo, two minutes from the San Babila underground stop, in the executive heart of the city, the same square kilometre as Armani's headquarters, Generali, BlackRock Italia and the leading Milanese law firms. Sectors served: banking and asset management, fashion and luxury, professional services (legal, audit, consulting), MedTech and pharmaceutical, real estate and architecture, automotive headquarters. Facilities: 6 private executive classrooms (4 to 12 seats), 1 boardroom-style meeting room with audio-video conferencing system, hot-desk lounge, fibre Wi-Fi, soundproofed 1:1 rooms, access until late evening. Reserved entrance for senior executives. Delivery formats: on-site at clients' offices in Brera, Porta Nuova, Citylife, San Babila; in Via Durini; or fully online with the same dedicated teacher at every lesson. Corporate training in Milan → Florence (Padri Scolopi · Via Bolognese 52). Seventeenth-century Padri Scolopi campus on Via Bolognese: 8,000 m² of grounds, language laboratory, in-house café (the Unicafè), olive trees, on-campus residence. The address chosen by international companies and family offices based in Tuscany when they want a venue that is neither clinical nor informal. Sectors served: family offices and private wealth, luxury fashion (the Tuscan triangle: Gucci, Ferragamo, Prada Tessuti), wine and food & beverage exporters, MedTech (Mukoviszidose, Menarini), U.S. partner universities and USA relocation programmes. Facilities: 12 classrooms in the historic main building, Aula Magna for client events and diploma ceremonies, language laboratory, on-campus residence for executive retreats, terrace dining room, free parking within the estate. Delivery formats: on-site at clients' premises across Tuscany, on the Padri Scolopi campus (often combined with a half-day cultural programme), or online. Available for 1-2 week residential intensive programmes. Corporate training in Florence → Mantua (Via C. Montanari 1). Campus in the former Archbishop's Seminary, in the centre of a UNESCO Renaissance city. The full-immersion choice: here English really is not a fallback. Ideal for teams that need to absorb Italian quickly, in a setting that does not distract. Sectors served: manufacturing and machinery (the Lombard mechatronics corridor: Tetra Pak, Tenaris-Dalmine suppliers), automotive supply chain, agritech and food processing (the Parmalat-Lactalis ecosystem nearby), packaging and logistics. Facilities: 8 classrooms inside a restored eighteenth-century cloister, in-house library, Aula Magna with original stuccoes, small private meeting rooms, on-site parking. A few steps from the historic centre and the station (Milan in 1h45). Delivery formats: on-site at clients' plants in the industrial belt of Mantua, Brescia, Verona and Modena; on the Seminary campus; or as residential intensive weeks for engineering and operations teams, evening cultural programme included. Corporate training in Mantua → Turin (Via Saluzzo 60). Modern three-floor campus near Parco del Valentino: 10 classrooms, library, Aula Magna. A mature student profile, a lower cost of living than Milan or Florence, and the quality of address Piedmontese industry expects. Substance over scenery. Sectors served: automotive and mobility (Stellantis, Iveco, CNH Industrial ecosystem), aerospace (Leonardo, Thales Alenia Space), design and engineering, banking (Intesa Sanpaolo headquarters), food & beverage of the Slow Food and Eataly sphere, AI innovation and scale-ups around OGR Tech.
